If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

However, this right does not apply to:

• Items that have been worn or used
• Items that are made-to-order or personalized
• Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, once handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them

Returns must be requested within the 14-day period and approved before being sent back. Items must be returned in their original condition.

For customers outside the European Union, all sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at: info@graceinveils.com If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Incorrect selection (including style, color, or design)
• Damage occurring after delivery
• Items returned without prior approval
• Packages refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender
• Shipping delays caused by couriers or customs
